The FTC lost jurisdiction to enforce when the Consumer Financial Protection Agency took over.
The FTC can’t enforce!
Government speak – at it’s worst.
And don’t forget ladies and gentlemen:
The DRE, the State AG and those loving types called “plaintiff’s attorneys” still can (and will, I’d bet) enforce.
So, let’s not all get our happy faces on just yet.
