With years of experience as an Advisory Title Officer, and as counsel for one of California’s larger title insurance companies, we have worked with both the title insurance company in defense of title insurance claims, as well as insureds making claims.
We know how to navigate the policy and get you coverage when appropriate; and at the same time, we continue to represent title companies that deny claims, when appropriate.
Balance of perspective is what’s important. Not every injury or defect in a property is a title insurance claim. Not every foreclosure was done improperly.
We’ll defend against the title insurance claims that aren’t proper, and will prosecute the claims that are.
